Job Description

We are currently looking to onboard experienced Waterproofing Site Engineers for our projects across Delhi NCR. We would appreciate your support in sharing profiles of suitable candidates from your trained and experienced pool.

Position: Waterproofing Site Engineer

Location: Delhi NCR

Experience: Relevant hands-on waterproofing experience preferred

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and competency

Requirement: Candidate must have a two-wheeler/bike for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage waterproofing site execution.
  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to approved methodologies.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors and clients.
  • Monitor material consumption, site progress and work quality.
  • Identify and resolve site-level waterproofing issues.
  • Maintain basic site reports, measurements and progress updates.
  • Take ownership of timely execution and quality deliverables.

We are specifically looking for candidates with strong practical waterproofing knowledge, good site-handling capabilities, and the ability to independently manage assigned projects.
