Production Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to manage and oversee the manufacturing of handmade cases. This role requires strong attention to detail, team management skills, and a deep understanding of manual production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities for handmade case manufacturing
• Manage and coordinate a team of workers on the shop floor
• Ensure production targets, timelines, and quality standards are met
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and improve efficiency
• Train workers in correct techniques and quality requirements
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the production floor
• Coordinate with planning and QC teams for smooth operations
• Track daily output and report production status to management

Requirements:

• 3–7 years of experience in production supervision (preferably in packaging / textile products)
• Strong understanding of manual assembly processes
• Experience handling labour-intensive production lines
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
