Job Description

• Manages inpatient (IPD) or outpatient (OPD) billing processes, invoicing, and discharge settlements

• Coordinates with insurance/corporate cells, and handles patient accounts

• Coordinate with doctors, hospital floors, and the corporate/TPA (Third Party Administrator) credit cell

• Handle daily cash/account reconciliations and address patient billing queries or grievances
