• Main Responsibilities & TasksDevelop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services.
• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and new opportunities.
• Handle customer enquiries and communicate with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Promote services through social media, WhatsApp, email, calls, and other marketing channels.
• Create and coordinate marketing content, including social media posts, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to convert leads into customers.
• Visit potential clients and attend meetings when required.
• Track marketing campaigns, leads, customer responses, and conversions.
• Prepare regular marketing activity and performance reports.
• Support promotional events, campaigns, exhibitions, and other company activities.
• Maintain proper records of customers, leads, follow-ups, and marketing activities.
• Stay updated on market trends and suggest new marketing opportunities.
