Job Description

📌 Collection Supervisor

Location: Greater Noida, Site 4

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the collection team to achieve daily/monthly targets.
  • Track team performance, productivity & collection MIS.
  • Handle Dialer operations, calling data & follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Advanced Excel (MIS, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Ensure proper customer follow-up and recovery process.
  • Share regular performance updates with management.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & team-handling skills.
  • Good knowledge of Advanced Excel & MIS reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with Dialer/Calling software.
  • Target-oriented with good problem-solving ability.
  • Prior experience in collection/recovery process preferred.
