Billing Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer at Indeera Builders Pvt Ltd, located in Delhi NCR, India. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing and overseeing the billing and invoicing processes, collaborating with project managers and vendors, Contractors, clients to ensure accurate billing, and resolving any billing discrepancies.

1. Ensuring Verification of all Measurements books with actual site conditions periodically

2. Raising Monthly RA Bills for all sites and submit to client, Get the bills certified & approved by clients billing team.

3. Raising quantity deviation and Approval from client side

4. Addressing all concerns promptly to ensure RA billing continues smoothly on monthly basis

5. Ensuring all works done at site and their correct quantities are covered under upcoming bills

6. Verifying all work status data submitted by execution team with actual site condition

7. Verify material consumptions with actual site conditions

8. Assisting senior management in new bid processes, Rate analysis, tenders participation, documentation and submission

9. Receive and validate & certify bills from contractors on monthly basis

10. Coordinate with multiple teams and departments such as Quality, Accounts, Store, etc to ensure records in client bills and contractor bills is correct and verified by all departments and teams

11. Travel between sites, client offices/yard/store, Vendor office/yard/store on regular basis

12. Market analysis to aid with rate analysis and quotation preparation

Qualifications

1. Proficiency in billing software and tools like Ms Excel, Word

2. Strong analytical and mathematical skills

3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

6. Strong understanding of DSR, DAR, SOR, IS Code is a must

7. Comfort with Windows, Emails, msg, Whatsapp etc,

8. Good written and Spoken English & Hindi
