Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice and Chat Process. This is a great opportunity for candidates with international BPO experience who want to build their career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice and chat support
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions
Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining service quality
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required
Achieve defined quality and productivity targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduates and undergraduates can apply
Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Process is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Good customer handling and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in a target driven environment
Candidates with International Voice or Chat Process experience will be preferred
Salary and Benefits
Salary from 25000 to 40000 CTC per month
Working Days 5 days a week
Shifts Rotational shifts
Week Off Rotational
Cab Facility Company provided both way cab facility
Experience Required
