Job Description
Business Loan Sales Executive
We are looking for a Business Loan Sales Executive who has experience in selling business loans or and possesses strong communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers for business loans.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms to customers.
- Convert leads into successful loan applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Ensure proper collection and verification of required customer documents.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Loan Sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field or tele-sales.
- Basic understanding of loan and financial products.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
