Picker / Packer

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from racks/bins as per order lists, using scanners or pick lists
• Check items for correct SKU, quantity, expiry date, and condition
• Pack orders securely using bubble wrap, tape, boxes, or poly bags
• Attach shipping labels and invoices correctly
• Sort packed orders by courier partner or delivery zone
• Maintain accuracy and meet daily picking and packing targets
• Report damaged, missing, or mismatched stock to the supervisor
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with inbound unloading, stock putaway, and inventory counts when required

Eligibility and Requirements

• Prior warehouse or e-commerce experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Ability to read and understand product labels, codes, and basic numbers
• Comfortable standing for long hours and lifting up to 15–20 kg
• Basic ability to use a handheld scanner (training will be provided)
• Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and festive-season peaks
