As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around steering the evolution of testing practices into a seamless, continuous quality engineering process. Your role involves fostering innovative and intelligent testing strategies that leverage automation to predict and address potential issues proactively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions across projects. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of continuous testing practices to enhance product quality and delivery speed.
- Mentor and support team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end quality engineering solutions.
- Ability to analyze and improve testing processes using innovative tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Additional Information:
