MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Achieve revenue objectives from key corporate chains

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve revenue objectives from key corporate chains
• The person is supposed to achieve revenue objectives for the year from assigned key
• corporate chains through
• Development of relationship with key influencers in the hospital chains
• Execute rate agreement between Abbott hospital care team and corporate hospital chains
• Oversee smooth execution of orders and supply process to key hospital chains
• responsible for
• Take initiatives and develop projects for hospital chains
• Work out projects that would allow mutually beneficial mileage for both Abbott and
• hospital chain with focus on improving outcomes for either patients, HCP,
• Administration/ purchase
• Should be innovative in identified unmet needs of hospital chains (various
• stakeholders), develop complimentary proposal and execute the same
• Develop long term association of Abbott hospital care with Key hospital chains
• Identify important stake holders in key hospital chains
• Develop access and relationship to stakeholders through effective networking
• Manage independent P & L for his/her role
• Activation manager should manage profitability through negotiation for better
• pricing, optimizing spending on projects with hospital chains and leveraging on available resources
• Should be able to forecast future trends and changes that may impact the
• profitability and take appropriate actions
• Make timely decision to ensure most profitable outcome for Abbott healthcare
• Coordination with marketing and Sales team
• To coordinate with marketing team and ZBM/ABM for smooth execution of projects, rate agreements and activities
• Communicate required actions at local hospital branch to ZBM/ABM to ensure completion of tasks
• Create national projections with hospital chains with ZBM involvement

EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND

• Minimum 10 years Should have minimum of 10-12 years of work experience in sales/ marketing/ training with
experience of working with corporate hospitals
• Additional management qualification preferred
• Should possess high degree of relationship building, negotiation, analytical, project management skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminologies is required
• Required to have high levels of initiative taking, decision making and innovativeness
