Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to oversee and grow our online retail presence. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing sales performance, and executing operations across major marketplace platforms, including Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and our direct-to-consumer website.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace & Platform Management

*Manage daily e-commerce operations on Flipkart, Amazon, and other leading online sales channels.

*Oversee vendor/seller central portals, ensuring account health, policy compliance, and high service ratings.

*Monitor product inventory, stock availability, and order fulfillment processes to prevent stockouts.

2. Product Listing & Catalog Optimization

*Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, image guidelines, and A+ / Enhanced Brand Content).

*Conduct thorough keyword research to improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) within Flipkart, Amazon, and search engines.

*Manage product cataloging, category mapping, pricing, variations, and promotional deals.

3. Sales Growth & Marketing Coordination

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, daily deals, and seasonal sales events across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to run sponsored product ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) and monitor ROI/ROAS.
• Analyze sales data, track key metrics (conversion rate, traffic, return rates), and generate performance reports to identify growth opportunities.

4. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, and ratings; implement strategies to maintain positive buyer sentiment.
• Resolve platform tickets, account warnings, catalog suppression issues, or listing discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience managing storefronts on Flipkart,Myntra and Amazon.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce SEO, catalog creation, and keyword optimization.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and inventory management.

• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple channel priorities.
