Job Description
Job Title: Admin & HR Executive
Job Summary: The Admin & HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth functioning
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Responsibilities: Handle employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee files and documentation of New Joinee
Administration Responsibilities:
- Coordinating for Uniforms, ID card, Sim, MIS reports
- Maintain office assets, stationery, and inventory records.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Qualification & Experience: Degree /MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration
