Job Description – Marketing & Webinar Coordination Executive

Job Responsibilities

College and University Outreach: Contact colleges and universities through phone calls and emails to introduce Takshila Institute of VLSI Technologies and explore opportunities for conducting educational webinars.

Connecting with Key Contacts: Coordinate with college Principals, Heads of Departments (HODs), Training and Placement Officers (TPOs), and other relevant faculty members to discuss webinar opportunities.

Webinar Promotion: Explain the purpose, topics, benefits, and value of Takshila's webinars to academic institutions and encourage their participation.

Webinar Scheduling and Coordination: Follow up with interested colleges, obtain confirmations, and finalize suitable dates and timings for online webinars.

Online Webinar Management: Coordinate with speakers, trainers, college representatives, and attendees to ensure the smooth execution of confirmed webinars.

Follow-ups and Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with colleges and universities, follow up on pending confirmations, and build long-term institutional relationships.

Data and Tracker Management: Maintain an updated database of colleges, contact details, communication status, webinar confirmations, and completed sessions.

Reporting: Share regular updates on outreach activities, follow-ups, confirmed webinars, and overall progress with the management.

Communication Skills: Communicate professionally and confidently with academic representatives and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Prior experience in marketing, telecalling, business development, institutional outreach, or EdTech is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple college interactions simultaneously.
• Willingness to make regular outbound calls and coordinate online events.
