🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage assets, materials, and contracts for the Core Maintenance Point (CMP).

✅ Monitor fiber network performance against defined SLAs.

✅ Support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of infrastructure and access electronics.

✅ Monitor performance of utility equipment against defined SLAs

✅ Ensure uptime of utility equipment and network facilities

✅ Ensure adequate material availability in CMP warehouses for uninterrupted fiber operations.

✅Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment, corrective and preventive maintenance of utility equipment

✅ Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Fire (QHSEF) policies.

✅ Maintain fiber network quality and ensure adherence to quality standards during fault restoration activities.
