Machine Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION – MACHINE OPERATORS (TABLET COMPRESSION / BLISTER / ALU ALU MACHINE OPERATORS)

We are looking for Machine Operators / Interested Freshers for our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

1. TABLET COMPRESSION MACHINE OPERATORKey Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor tablet compression machines during production.
• Understand basic machine operation, PLC controls, machine settings and parameters.
• Perform machine changeover as per product requirements.
• Set and adjust machine parameters for smooth and efficient operation.
• Monitor tablet quality, weight, hardness, thickness and other in-process parameters.
• Identify basic machine-related issues and coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow GMP, SOP and safety requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of PLC, machine settings and changeover is preferred.
• Previous experience in tablet compression operation is preferred.
• Freshers with strong interest in machine operation may also apply.
• Any Degree / Diploma qualification is acceptable.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

2. BLISTER PACKING / ALU-ALU TABLET PACKING MACHINE OPERATORKey Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Blister Packing / ALU-ALU Packing Machines.
• Understand basic PLC controls, machine settings and operating parameters.
• Perform machine changeover for different products and pack sizes.
• Set and adjust machine parameters for proper forming, sealing, cutting and printing.
• Monitor packing quality and ensure proper blister/strip formation and sealing.
• Identify basic machine problems and coordinate with Engineering/Maintenance.
• Follow approved SOPs, GMP and safety procedures.
• Maintain production records and machine/work-area cleanliness.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of PLC, machine settings and changeover is mandatory/preferred.
• Experience in blister/ALU-ALU packing machine operation is preferred.
• Freshers who are interested in learning machine operation can also apply.
• Any Degree / Diploma qualification is acceptable.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
