Job Description
*Role:* Customer Care Executive
*Working Days:* 6 days a week
*Week Off:* 1 rotational week off
*Job Responsibilities*
* Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
* Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools and processes.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
* Understand customer needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Build positive and professional relationships with customers through effective communication.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and customer requests.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
* Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Provide feedback to improve the overall customer service process.
