Field Sales Executive

Role Summary:

Drive residential/commercial solar sales through field visits, lead generation, and client consultations. Convert prospects into customers by explaining solar benefits, subsidy schemes, ROI, and financing options.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads via door-to-door visits, cold calls, local networking, and canopy/society activations

Explain rooftop solar benefits, electricity savings, and government subsidy schemes (e.g., PM Surya Ghar) to homeowners

Conduct site visits and customer meetings to assess requirements

Prepare and present proposals (system size, cost, savings, payback period)

Follow up on leads and close sales to meet daily/monthly targets

Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and installation handoff

Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions

Submit daily activity/lead reports

Requirements:

Minimum 10th/12th pass; graduate preferred but not mandatory

0–3 years of field sales experience (solar, real estate, insurance, FMCG, or similar) — freshers with strong communication welcome

Basic to good communication skills; local language proficiency required

Two-wheeler and valid license preferred (for field visits)

Target-driven mindset, comfortable with door-to-door/field prospecting

Compensation:

Fixed: ₹12,000–₹22,000/month (adjust for city and experience)

Average Incentive: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month (uncapped — top performers earn more)

Total Earning Potential: ₹35,000–₹55,000+/month
