Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer with expertise in graphic design and website design. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating branding materials, digital marketing creatives, responsive websites, landing pages, and user-friendly web interfaces while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design logos, brand identity, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, standees, catalogs, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging social media posts, advertisements, website banners, email creatives, and promotional materials.
• Design print-ready artwork with proper bleed, margins, and color specifications.
• Develop corporate branding materials including business cards, letterheads, presentation templates, and company profiles.
• Create pharma promotional materials such as Visual Aids, Leave Behind Literature (LBLs), product packaging, and campaign creatives.

Web Design

• Design responsive websites and landing pages with a strong focus on UI/UX.
• Create website layouts, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Design modern, mobile-friendly user interfaces.
• Update and maintain company and client websites.
• Optimize website graphics and images for performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

UI/UX Design

• Develop intuitive user experiences and visually appealing interfaces.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Follow accessibility and usability best practices.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams.
• Understand client requirements and transform ideas into creative visual solutions.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, web technologies, and AI-powered design tools.

• Experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
