Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the optical store.
• Handle customers and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage sales, billing, inventory, and daily store activities.
• Guide customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and optical products.
• Coordinate with optometrists and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and track store performance.
• Train and supervise store staff.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation.
• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in optical retail/store management preferred.
• Experience in an optical store, eyewear showroom, or retail industry is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
• Strong sales and team-management skills.
• Ability to work according to store timings and sales targets.

Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in optical retail, eyewear sales, inventory management, and team handling.
