Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and other sources.
- Explain project details, pricing, location, amenities, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales closing process.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Pre-Sales and Sales Management teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in Villas / Plots / Residential Projects is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Willingness to travel for site visits when required.
