Job DescriptionUrbanScrap is seeking a Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to oversee brand development, digital marketing, content strategy and customer acquisition.

The position requires a strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, digital platforms and integrated marketing strategies, along with the ability to independently plan and execute campaigns.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management & Strategy

• Develop and implement brand positioning, identity and communication strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all online and offline touchpoints.
• Oversee brand campaigns, creative direction and marketing communications.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer behavior studies.

Social Media & Content Marketing

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Develop content strategies, editorial calendars and audience engagement campaigns.
• Oversee content creation, graphic design, photography, Reels and video production.
• Manage influencer collaborations and digital brand partnerships.

SEO & Digital Marketing

• Manage on-page, off-page, technical and local SEO.
• Oversee website optimization, keyword strategy and organic traffic growth.
• Manage Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile.
• Execute content marketing and search visibility initiatives.

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting and remarketing.
• Drive app installations, customer acquisition and booking conversions.
• Track campaign performance, acquisition costs and return on investment.

Creative & Integrated Marketing

• Develop campaigns across digital, outdoor, print and other advertising channels.
• Oversee advertising creatives, promotional materials and brand communication.
• Coordinate with designers, production teams, agencies and external vendors.
• Ensure creative quality and consistency across campaigns.

AI & Marketing Tools

• Apply AI tools for content development, creative production, marketing research, analytics and workflow optimization.
• Utilize relevant marketing automation and digital productivity tools.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor marketing KPIs, brand performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for audience growth, customer retention and improved marketing efficiency.
• Required Qualifications3–5 years of relevant experience in brand management and digital marketing.
• Demonstrated understanding of brand strategy, positioning and consumer marketing.
• Practical experience with SEO, social media, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong knowledge of content production, video marketing and creative development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management skills.
