JOB TITLE: SENIOR TELECALLER – REAL ESTATE SALES

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller with excellent communication and convincing skills. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining our projects and converting leads into qualified prospects and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact leads received through digital marketing, property expos, referrals, and other campaigns.
• Clearly explain project details, pricing, location advantages, amenities and available offers.
• Understand each customer’s budget, preferred location, property type and buying timeline.
• Qualify interested customers and convert enquiries into site visits.
• Consistently follow up with prospects until closure.
• Handle customer questions and objections confidently and professionally.
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visits.
• Maintain accurate lead details, call notes and follow-up dates in the CRM.
• Re-engage old, inactive, and missed leads to identify potential buyers.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, site-visit and conversion targets.
• Share daily and weekly performance reports with management.
• Build a positive relationship with customers without being overly aggressive.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2–4 years of telecalling or inside-sales experience.
• Prior experience in real estate, property sales, banking, insurance or a target-driven sales industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in Telugu and English; Hindi will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to generate site visits and sales conversions.
• Comfortable using CRM software, WhatsApp and MS Excel.
• Good listening, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
