Job Description
- Conduct field sales activities to acquire new B2C broadband customers.
- Visit residential areas, apartments, individual houses, and local commercial locations.
- Explain internet plans, speed, pricing, installation charges, and available offers.
- Generate leads through door-to-door visits, referrals, local marketing, and promotional activities.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into broadband connections.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable internet packages.
- Follow up with interested customers and coordinate installation appointments.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead details, and customer follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the installation and technical teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support business growth in the assigned area.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships
