Job Description
Company: Hemadara
Location: PR One Building, Behind Radisson Hotel, DLF Road, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Salary: Up to Rs. 45,000 per month (including incentives)
Experience: 6 months and above in video content or telesales (freshers with strong skills can apply)
Qualification: 12th pass or above
Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, work from office
Hemadara is hiring a multi-skilled executive for our real estate team. The main work is creating and posting short videos on our social media handles. You will also call leads to book site visits and keep our records updated.
Responsibilities:
Video and Social Media
- Shoot and edit short videos and reels for property projects
- Write captions and hashtags in Hindi, English and Telugu
- Post on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube as per a content calendar
- Reply to comments and messages and pass enquiries to the sales team
- Track views and engagement and share a weekly report
Telesales
- Call leads from ads, portals and enquiries
- Explain project details, price and offers clearly and honestly
- Book site visits, follow up and work towards converting enquiries into bookings
- Meet targets for calls, site visits and conversions
Data Entry
- Update every call, follow-up and site visit in the CRM or Excel
- Keep customer records accurate and confidential
- Prepare daily reports for the sales team
Skills required:
- Video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar
- Knowledge of posting and managing social media handles
- Fluent in Hindi, English and Telugu
- Good sales conversion skills: persuasion, follow-up and closing
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and basic Excel or Google Sheets
- Portfolio or links to handles you have managed are preferred
Good to have: real estate or telesales experience with proof of past conversions, Canva, Meta Ads basics
