• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office premises.
• Serve tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle office errands such as bank, courier, post office, and document delivery work.
• Assist in arranging files, documents, stationery, and other office materials.
• Support staff with photocopying, printing, scanning, and basic office tasks.
• Ensure availability of drinking water, tea/coffee, stationery, and other daily office requirements.
• Assist in keeping meeting rooms, reception, and common areas organized.
• Purchase routine office supplies as instructed.
• Perform other general office-support duties assigned by the management.
• Required Skills & QualitiesResponsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Good manners and a polite attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
• Basic communication skills.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Previous office-support experience will be an advantage.

Working Hours: 10:00 PM to 08:00 PM
