Showroom Sales Executive Female

Location: Devguradiya, Nemawar Road, Indore Experience: 1–3 years preferred Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month Employment: Full-time Job Role We are looking for a Female Showroom Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers, generate sales through calls and WhatsApp, maintain follow-ups, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Key Responsibilities • Attend and professionally handle showroom walk-in clients • Understand client requirements, budget, project size and preferences • Explain different Italian marble varieties, finishes, colours and applications • Show marble slabs and assist clients in material selection • Make daily outbound calls to existing and potential customers • Follow up with clients through phone calls and WhatsApp • Maintain complete records of enquiries and follow-ups • Coordinate with the sales and operations team regarding availability and dispatch • Follow up on quotations and pending payments/orders • Maintain long-term relationships with customers • Convert showroom enquiries into sales • Maintain daily sales and follow-up reports Ideal Candidate • Excellent Hindi communication; good English preferred • Confident and presentable personality • Good telephone etiquette • Comfortable speaking with premium clients • Good follow-up and convincing skills • Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets• Experience in marble, tiles, sanitaryware, furniture, interiors or other premium building materials will be an advantage KPIs • Number of calls made • Follow-ups completed • Showroom enquiries handled • Quotations converted • Sales generated • Customer conversion rate • Pending follow-ups Who should apply?
