Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach & Lead Qualification: Connect with incoming digital marketing leads, referral databases, and cold outreach targets to identify viable residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop prospects.
Consultative Pitching: Educate potential clients on rooftop solar systems, net metering, DISCOM guidelines (MPPKVVCL/central schemes like PM Surya Ghar), financing options, and estimated return on investment (ROI).
Survey & Meeting Scheduling: Assess client eligibility (roof ownership, sanctioned load, monthly electricity bills) and schedule confirmed rooftop feasibility visits for field engineers.
Pipeline & Follow-up Management: Maintain regular, systematic follow-ups with warm leads, address initial objections, and keep prospective clients engaged through the decision cycle.
CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately update call logs, lead stages, customer feedback, and scheduled site visits in the CRM / daily tracking sheets.
Coordination: Liaise with the field sales and technical teams to ensure seamless handoffs and track closure rates for completed surveys.
