1. New Dealer Development

  * Find new agriculture-equipment dealers/distributors.

  * Contact dealers through calls, WhatsApp

  * Explain SG Agritech products, pricing and dealership benefits.

  * Follow up until the first order is received.

2. Market Expansion

  * Identify new districts, tehsils and markets.

  * Find areas where sprayers, weeders, brush cutters, pumps, etc. have good demand.

  * Build a database of potential dealers.

3. Lead Generation

  * Generate leads through:

    * WhatsApp

    * Google/online research

    * Dealer references

    * Trade fairs

    * Existing dealer network

  * Maintain proper lead status and follow-up dates.

4. Sales Conversion

  * Understand dealer requirements and budget.

  * Send product catalogue, price list and videos.

  * Negotiate within approved limits.

  * Convert enquiries into first orders.

5. Dealer Relationship

  * Regularly communicate with dealers.

  * Share new products, offers and marketing material.

  * Understand competitor pricing and dealer problems.

  * Encourage repeat orders.

6. Market & Competitor Analysis

  * Collect competitor prices, products, warranty and schemes.

  * Report market feedback to management.

7. Sales Coordination

  * Coordinate with accounts, purchase, warehouse and dispatch.

  * Ensure orders are processed correctly.

  * Follow up on payments and outstanding enquiries.

8. Reporting

  Daily/weekly reporting should include:

  * New leads generated

  * Dealers contacted

  * Meetings conducted

  * Quotations sent

  * Orders received

  * New dealers onboarded

  * Follow-ups pending

  * Expected sales
