Job SummaryPoise Skin Clinic is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide a welcoming experience to patients and visitors.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to patients and visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments.
• Maintain patient records and update clinic databases.
• Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff.
• Manage patient inquiries and provide basic information about clinic services.
• Handle billing, payments, and receipts, if required.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day front-desk operations.
• Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in reception, front desk, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and a polite, patient-friendly attitude.
• Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting will be preferred.
