Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front Office / Reception Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.


Key responsibilities :


  1. Handling OPD operations
  2. Handling IPD operations
  3. Patient registration
  4. Billing & further communication
  5. Department Coordination
  6. Record Maintainance


Key Skills :


  1. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Basic computer knowledge
  3. Familiarity with hospital management software/HMS.
  4. Basic understanding of hospital billing and patient registration processes.
