Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential or existing clients from provided data leads to pitch stock market services, advisory packages, or training programs.
- Handle Inbound Queries: Answer incoming calls from clients who need help with their trading accounts or general market inquiries.
- Explain Financial Products: Share details about equity, derivatives, mutual funds, or intraday trading services in simple terms.
- Lead Generation: Qualify prospects, assess their investment interests, and pass hot leads to senior sales or advisory teams.
- Client Follow-ups: Call back interested prospects, solve basic doubts, and maintain regular contact to build positive business relationships.
- Maintain Records: Log daily call outcomes, client feedback, and follow-up schedules accurately in a CRM tool or Excel sheet.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of the share market, trading hours, and financial terms (preferred).
Target-Oriented: Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment with daily calling or lead-conversion targets.
