Job Description
*Generate insurance business through the Banca Channel.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank branch staff and customers.
*Work closely with bank employees to generate leads and convert them into sales.
*Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
*Conduct customer meetings and explain suitable insurance products.
*Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
*Maintain regular communication with the assigned bank branches.
*Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes.
*Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
*Focus on customer retention and relationship management.
