Job Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and converting prospects into business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and market research.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.

- Handle sales negotiations, follow-ups, and deal closures.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.

- Target-oriented and confident in making sales calls.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
