Job Description

  • Attend to customers visiting the store and understand their requirements.
  • Explain product features, specifications, prices, and availability.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer invoices.
  • Handle counter sales, cash transactions, UPI payments, and card payments.
  • Maintain proper billing records and daily sales reports.
  • Check stock availability and coordinate with the store or warehouse team.
  • Ensure timely packing and delivery of products to customers.
  • Maintain product displays, counter cleanliness, and store organization.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and enquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Support stock verification and inventory management.
