Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)
Company: Tarunima | Location: Jaipur – Work from Office
Working Days: Monday–Saturday | Hours: 10 AM–6 PM
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through WhatsApp, email & phone calls.
- Confirm COD orders to reduce cancellations and RTO.
- Manage NDR cases, coordinate reattempts and resolve address-related issues.
- Follow up on delayed shipments and coordinate with courier partners.
- Escalate and resolve courier-related issues.

CRM Skills
Candidate Profile
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Professional, patient and customer-focused.
- Strong communication, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling calls and multiple customer conversations.
- Experience in customer support, CRM, e-commerce or D2C is preferred.
