Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a Field Auditor who will be responsible for visiting dealers, conducting field inspections, checking lighting products, identifying defective or non-compliant bulbs, and coordinating replacement activities. The candidate will be required to travel to different dealer locations and maintain proper records of visits and replacements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned dealers, distributors, and retail locations as per the daily visit plan.
• Conduct field audits and inspections of lighting products available at dealer locations.
• Check the condition, quantity, and status of bulbs/products.
• Identify defective, damaged, non-working, or replacement-eligible bulbs/products.
• Coordinate with dealers for replacement of identified defective products.
• Ensure the correct product is replaced as per the approved replacement process.
• Verify replaced products and maintain proper records.
• Capture required photos, product details, dealer information, and visit observations during each visit.
• Maintain daily visit and replacement reports.
• Update data in the assigned mobile application/Google Sheet/Excel.
• Collect dealer acknowledgement or confirmation wherever required.
• Report any discrepancy, shortage, damaged stock, or dealer-related issue to the reporting manager.
• Coordinate with the internal team for pending replacements and unresolved issues.
• Ensure all assigned dealer visits are completed within the defined timeline.
• Follow company SOPs and instructions during field visits.
• Travel to multiple dealer locations as required.
