Full-stack Developer

Job Summary:

Aashita is seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing

technology team. The selected candidate will work on multiple live products, including SaaS

platforms, CRM systems, education platforms, internal management systems, and HR

technology solutions.The role involves building and maintaining applications across the

complete development lifecycle—from database and backend APIs to frontend interfaces and

deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications.

• Build end-to-end features, including database design, APIs, frontend interfaces, and

deployment.

• Work across multiple live products and technology platforms.

• Debug and resolve production issues.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and production-ready code.

• Create and manage database migrations and application tests.

• Collaborate with the development and product teams.

• Take ownership of assigned features and product modules.

• Follow security and quality standards during development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in Full Stack Development or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of web application development.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Understanding of software development best practices.

• Experience working with real-world or deployed applications.

• Strong willingness to learn and work with new technologies..

Technical Skills:

Frontend

• TypeScript

Backend

Strong proficiency in at least one of the following:

• Python (FastAPI / Flask), or

• Node.js (NestJS / Express)
