Hospitality Operations Manager

We are looking for a proactive, guest focused Hospitality and Airbnb Operations Manager to manage the day to day operations of our short term rental properties.

You should have experience in hospitality, guest relations ,Airbnb, Homestays, Hotels or property management with strong communication skills and a hands on approach to problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day to day Airbnb and Short term rental business operations

Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay.

Handle bookings, enquiries ,check-ins, checkouts and guest requests.

Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, vendors and other service providers

Ensure properties are clean, well maintained and guest ready

Handle guest complaints and resolve issues quickly

Manage Airbnb ota's update calendar's, listings and update bookings

What we are looking for

1-3 years of experience in similar fiend

Excellent communication skills

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends when required.

Highly organized, responsible and detail oriented

Good at problem solving
