HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees throughout their employment journey. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries and support day-to-day HR activities.
• Assist in payroll processing and coordination with accounts.
• Manage joining, induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company HR policies and applicable labor laws.
• Organize employee engagement activities and support performance management.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
• Coordinate with different departments regarding manpower and employee-related matters.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR/HR Operations preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and labor compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office/HR software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
