Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, organized and people-oriented HR & Administration Executive to manage recruitment, employee administration, performance evaluation and day-to-day HR activities across our fashion/apparel manufacturing unit, retail store operations and jewellery wholesale business in Jaipur.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently manage the complete employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to attendance, performance evaluation, employee coordination.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, good judgment and the confidence to deal with employees at different levels, including factory/manufacturing staff, retail staff, office employees and management.
