About the Opportunity

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives for a leading global customer experience and business process management organization. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions through Voice support channels.
• Resolve customer concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain a customer-centric approach while handling multiple interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

Education-Graduates and Undergraduates are eligible to apply.

Experience-Freshers to 1 year of customer support or BPO experience may also apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Package: 30,000-40,000 per month
• Performance Incentive (PLI): 3,000

Work Schedule

• 5 Days Working
• Rotational Weekly Offs
• 9.5 Hours Shift (Including Breaks)
• Work From Office
