Marketing & Social Media Executive

WIDDAY Creation is looking for a creative, smart and responsible all-rounder who can manage our social media presence, create content from our ongoing projects, prepare quotations and coordinate with clients.

We are looking for someone who can think of content, shoot it, edit it, post it and also help convert enquiries into clients.

Key Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.

- Plan and maintain a regular content calendar.

- Create and upload Reels, posts and stories.

- Write captions and develop engaging content ideas.

- Identify relevant Instagram trends and adapt them to our brand.

- Maintain a professional and consistent brand identity.

🎥 Site Visit, Shooting & Content Creation

- Visit project sites whenever required for content creation.

- Shoot high-quality videos and photos of fabrication work, site progress, installation and completed projects.

- Capture before/after transformations, fabrication processes, finishing details and project walkthroughs.

- Edit videos into professional and engaging Instagram Reels.

- Add suitable music, text, transitions, voiceovers and branding where required.

- Upload and manage the finished content on our social media accounts.

- Proactively suggest what should be shot at each project.

💻 Quotations & Office Work

- Prepare professional quotations for fabrication projects.

- Prepare basic BOQs, estimates and rate-based quotations.

- Coordinate with the fabrication/site team to collect project details and rates.

- Maintain enquiry and quotation records.

- Follow up on pending quotations.

🤝 Client Coordination

- Handle enquiries received through Instagram, WhatsApp and phone.

- Communicate professionally with potential clients.

- Understand basic project requirements and collect necessary information.

- Coordinate meetings and site visits.

- Follow up with potential clients and quotations.

📈 Marketing & Business Development

- Suggest new ideas to generate enquiries and leads.

- Research competitors and market trends.

- Help develop marketing strategies for architects, builders, interior designers, café owners and homeowners.

- Identify potential clients and business opportunities.

- Think creatively about how WIDDAY Creation can grow its online and offline presence.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

- Good knowledge of Instagram & social media.

- Good video shooting and Reel editing skills.

- Knowledge of CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro / similar editing software preferred.

- Canva knowledge preferred.

- Good photography/video sense.

- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge.

- Ability to prepare professional quotations.

- Good client communication and follow-up skills.

- Comfortable visiting construction/project sites.

- Creative, proactive and willing to take ownership.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following will be an advantage:

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Freshers: Can apply if they have strong practical skills and a good portfolio.
