Job Description

We're hiring Restaurant Captains/Stewards, a new upscale vegetarian Indian dining restaurant opening in Jaipur.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests, explain menu items and recommend dishes
  • Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen staff
  • Ensure smooth, attentive table service throughout guest visit
  • Handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards of the dining area
  • Support billing and ensure accurate order-to-bill matching

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in restaurant/hotel service preferred (freshers with good communication may also apply)
  • Well-groomed, polite, and guest-focused attitude
  • Comfortable speaking Hindi and basic English
  • Willing to work in shifts including weekends
