Job Description
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle complete accounting entries in Tally Prime.
- Manage sales, purchase, debit notes, credit notes and billing.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers and vendors.
- Prepare and verify bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage GST returns, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Handle ledger scrutiny and account reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports and expense reports.
- Manage cash flow, petty cash and banking transactions.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and verify their work.
- Coordinate with auditors, management and other departments.
- Ensure timely salary-related accounting and payment records.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
