Senior Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume BPO/customer service positions.

* Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, walk-ins, and recruitment drives.

* Screen candidates for communication skills, experience, eligibility, and job fit.

* Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate assessments/interviews.

* Maintain a strong pipeline to meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets.

* Coordinate with Operations and HR teams for interview schedules and joining formalities.

* Drive offer closures and ensure candidates join as per business requirements.

* Track recruitment metrics including sourcing, selection, offer, joining, TAT, and conversion.

* Handle candidate follow-ups and reduce offer dropouts/no-shows.

Support recruitment drives and other volume-hiring initiatives as required.

Preferred Profile

* 1–4 years of experience in BPO/volume recruitment.

* Strong sourcing, screening, follow-up, and candidate-handling skills.

* Comfortable working with aggressive hiring targets and tight TATs.

* Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
