Job Description
Experience: 5–10 Years
Industry Preference: Solar / Renewable Energy
- Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team across Rajasthan to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and market activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
- Candidate Requirements:
- 5–10 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar industry.
- Prior experience in team handling and state-level sales management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the Rajasthan market and willingness to travel across the state.
Interested candidates with relevant solar industry experience and proven team-handling skills are preferred.
