About MakeMeArtistMakeMeArtist is a beauty education and technology platform that connects aspiring beauty professionals with courses, workshops, masterclasses, trainers and career development opportunities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and target-oriented Telecaller & Student Counsellor to connect with prospective students, explain our courses and workshops, manage enquiries and convert leads into paid registrations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads generated through digital advertisements, social media and other marketing campaigns.
• Contact prospective students and understand their interests, requirements and career goals.
• Explain beauty courses, nail art, hair, makeup training, workshops, fees, duration and admission procedures.
• Counsel interested students and recommend suitable courses based on their needs.
• Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to encourage webinar registrations and course admissions.
• Handle questions and objections related to course fees, schedules and course benefits professionally.
• Convert enquiries into paid registrations and admissions by following the company's sales process.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up dates, call outcomes and admission status in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM software.
• Coordinate with the marketing, counselling and training teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly registration and conversion targets.
• Submit daily reports on calls made, leads contacted, follow-ups, registrations and admissions.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong interpersonal, convincing and counselling skills.
• Confidence in making calls and speaking with prospective students.
• Good follow-up, time management and organisational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and work towards targets.
• A customer-focused, proactive and professional attitude.
• Preferred Qualifications12th pass or graduate; graduates are preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, admissions counselling, customer service or lead generation is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.
