Production Supervisor

Sidhi Marwadi is looking for an experienced Food Production Supervisor for its food-production and packaging operations in Jodhpur.

The selected candidate will manage production staff, daily production targets, packaging work, hygiene, production records and first-level machinery escalation. Company-specific training for oil-packing and spice-packing machines will be provided, but the candidate must already understand production-line supervision and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the daily production and packing plan.

• Allocate operators and helpers according to production requirements.

• Brief the production team at the beginning of the shift.

• Monitor hourly production target versus actual production.

• Supervise oil, spices and other food-product packing operations.

• Monitor pouch filling, sealing, leakage, underweight, overweight and packaging quality.

• Ensure correct product, packaging material, batch and label are used.

• Maintain factory hygiene, personal hygiene, GMP and line-clearance standards.

• Prevent cross-contamination and report any quality concern immediately.

• Maintain production, rejection, wastage, downtime and manpower records.

• Coordinate with quality, stores, maintenance and dispatch teams.

• Identify basic machine problems related to sealing, sensor, compressor, film alignment, filling or changeover.

• Escalate machinery breakdowns to the correct technician without delay.

• Supervise machine and area cleaning before and after production.

• Control production wastage and avoid unnecessary material loss.

• Manage worker attendance, discipline, productivity and shift handover.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of production or packing supervision experience.

• Food, spices, edible oil, flour, snacks, FMCG or hygiene-sensitive manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.

• Candidate must be comfortable managing operators and helpers.

• Basic computer and Excel knowledge is required.

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and production records is required.

• FoSTaC or other food-safety training will be an advantage.

• Male candidates based in Jodhpur or ready to relocate to Jodhpur will be considered.

Selection Process:

1. Initial telephone screening.
2. Production and staff-management discussion.
3. Practical production-shortfall and packing-line scenario.
4. Simple manpower and hourly production planning test.
5. Final in-person factory interview.

Work Location: Bhopalgarh, Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Work Mode: Full-time, factory-based

Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on food-production experience and practical knowledge.
