Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads and opportunities through various channels
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service pitches
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery
- Maintain and update CRM data, sales pipelines, and reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure regular follow-ups and client retention strategies
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales/Business Development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel/reporting
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
Preferred:-
- Experience in digital marketing / e-commerce / service-based industry
- Strong networking and client acquisition skills
- Understanding of lead generation tools and strategies
